New Tenant Take Up

The start of the year has seen us agree terms on a further 54,00 sq ft of warehousing and light industrial units, this take up now reduces our inherited vacant space from acquisitions over the last two years to zero-completing the development and turn around of the Launton Road Industrial estate and bolt on acquisitions. Thus further reducing our vacant proportion of on market assets to 3% of the total portfolio. *
