This is an example of an acquisition and refurbishment that we typically specialise in.
The existing buildings were purchased in a very dilapidated state and had been neglected for many years, all the units needed to be modernised. Within one year the existing buildings were redeveloped and leased to Nicholls Ltd. The leasing and development of the units bought with it several jobs to the local community, and improved the area to a large degree with the modernisation of the units, and an improved working environment.
